This video captures the incredible journey of a strawberry farmer from Mahabaleshwar — battling unpredictable weather, pests, and wildlife — all during a short growing season. With the pressure of supporting his family year-round, his wife stepped in with a beautiful solution: crafting delicious strawberry and mulberry jams using their own produce. 

That’s where Organik Truck came in.

We partnered with them to take this humble homemade jam to the next level — helping with FSSAI testing, branding, labeling, marketing, and retailing it in the Mumbai market. The goal? Support local farmers, boost their income, and offer Mumbaikars a healthier, more honest product at a fair price.
