We aim to please. Always. But sometimes, only sometimes, our fruit/ vegetable or grocery product could turn out to be bad from inside. So if you’re not happy with your purchase, connect with us on organiktruck@gmail.com or +919820001202 with a picture and details of the problem and we’ll help you refund/ credit/ replace the product.

What is the standard procedure for processing a Refund/ Credit/ Replacement?
Step 1: Smile.
Step 2: Email us on  organiktruck@gmail.com with details of the issue.
Step 3: Once we validate your refund/ Credit/ replacement request, we email you details of the way forward.

When can I expect a refund for my cancelled order?
Within 7 days of confirmation of the order cancellation.

Please note: Requests for replacement or refund will only be accepted if reported to the Organik Team with a picture on the same day of delivery.

The final decision to replace or refund the payment for a bad fruit, vegetable or grocery product lies completely with the Organik Truck Quality Control Team.
