Prepared by the ancient Bilona Method where fresh curd is hand-churned and slowly simmered to preserve maximum nutrition, aroma, and flavor. It is prepared with hygiene and heart by the local women of Jat Khor village, carrying forward ancient Vedic wisdom.

How to Enjoy

A2 Vedic Bilona Ghee can be used in everyday cooking, tempering dals and sabzis, or spreading over hot rotis and rice to enhance taste and digestion. Many people take a teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach, mix it in warm water, turmeric milk, or add it to herbal teas for its Ayurvedic benefits.

It’s also great for kids—adding it to porridge, parathas, dal-rice, or homemade foods for healthy fats. Our A2 Bilona Ghee should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its aroma and purity. Keep it in an airtight glass container and always use a clean, dry spoon to avoid moisture entering the jar. There is no need to refrigerate it, as ghee stays stable at room temperature. Make sure the lid is tightly closed after each use.
